Wholesale Terms and Conditions

 

Please read these Wholesale Terms of Service carefully before ordering any stock.  Your access to and use of our Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not order our wholesale products/services.

 

How we work

We offer wholesale prices to businesses with premises or registered businesses. If you’re interested in our products or are considering stocking our products, we ask that you provide us with some information about your business - social media links/website.We generally are interested in working with independent shops and small online businesses. Our products are not for sale on platforms such as Amazon.

 

Our price list is available on this page or we can also send you a price list via email. Once you have decided what you like to order, email us with your order details and we will send you a digital invoice through our website.Please note that all our prices are in GBP and full payment must be received before any goods are dispatched unless we have a long-term wholesale relationship where this may be negotiated.

 

Currently, we are not VAT registered or prices are without VAT

 

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time when we feel that this is necessary, due to rising costs in ingredients and shipping.

 

Our Wholesale ordering platform is hosted on WIX. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Our payment gateway is via a secure server ensuring your details are safe at all times.

 

Turn around on your order

As we are a small business and make skincare with natural ingredients, we may at times not have all our products in stock (this is rare). However, our shipping window will never be more than 2 week and will most probably be within 5 days. We will inform you of the expected delivery date when the order has been completed.

 

MOQ & discounts

We have a minimum order quantity of £100 to be eligible to receive our wholesale prices.

 

Discounts:

* Orders over £500 - 5% discount on wholesale prices

* Orders over £750 - 8% discount on wholesale prices

* Orders over £1000 - 12% discount on wholesale prices

 

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs can vary depending on the size of your order and the weight of the products ordered. Generally, most MOQ orders incur a charge of £10 with £500 orders being £20-25. When you place an order with us we will send you the relevant tracking information, so you can track the progress of your order.

 

Returns

Our aim is to provide the highest quality products every time you order from Nana Kat's Apothecary. We hope you love your products every time you order. However, we understand that sometimes products need to be returned. We cannot accept returns without contact first being made so please contact us prior to returning any items.Please note that you will be responsible for any returned item or items until they reach us.

 

For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). When processing a refund to your original payment method, it can take 7-10 days to be received back into your bank account. Thank you for your patience. If you have been waiting longer than 10 days to receive your refund, please contact us again.

 

Faulty or Damaged Product

If you receive products which are damaged or appear to be faulty, you should contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with the items you originally ordered (if in stock) or to be refunded through the original payment method. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods. In this case, Nana Kat's Apothecary is responsible for paying return shipment costs.

 

The nature and the storage of products

As our products are natural and due to the nature of our ingredients our products need to be stored correctly, we do not hold any responsibility for products not stored according to our guidance. Be mindful of storage. Natural products need to be stored in a cool, dry location where temperature doesn’t change repeatedly or drastically. This helps reduce the likelihood of fresh ingredients spoiling or the texture and the feel of the product altering. Please store our products in a cool and dark cupboard before stocking out in your storefront. Please always keep them out of direct light or beside a heat source. Our products are safe to be stored for up to 30 months when stored somewhere cool and dark. The shelf life of a product, once it has been opened, will vary depending on the product this is usually 6-12 months. Each product will specify this on the labelling.

 

Buying from us

You are encouraged to familiarise yourself with your rights contained within the Sale of Goods Act 1979 UK, Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 UK and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 UK.If you wish to purchase any product or service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.You represent and warrant that:

(1) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that

(2) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

You expressly agree that Nana Kat's Apothecary is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order or other reasons. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item concerned. You expressly agree that Nana Kat's Apothecary cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

 

Disclaimer

Whilst we do take all reasonable steps to make sure that the information on our website and order form is up to date and accurate at all times we do not guarantee that all material is accurate and/or up to date. All materials are provided without any warranty of any kind. You use the materials on this website and the order form at your own discretion. 

 

Exclusion of Liability

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website or odering from us. In no event shall Nana Kat's Apothecary, nor its owners, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

(1) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;

(2) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

(3) any content obtained from the Service

(4) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein. You agree to indemnify and hold Nana Kat's Apothecary harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

 

Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.
